Double Tap has several NRA Certified Instuctors. We offer classes in NRA First Steps For Pistol,
NRA Basic Pistol & NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home. We are also certified by the Kansas Attorney General
to instruct the Kansas Concealed Carry Classes. We schedule our classes as interest dictates. We can also offer
classes for your groups at your location at a special rate. We can work around your schedule. If you are interested in any of these classes please contact
Lee Tebbutt to make arrangements.
For more advanced defensive and tactical training we work with Specialist Research & Training Group to offer our
members affordable professional training classes for Pistol, Carbine and Shotgun. Bill Regina with SRT is a top
notch regional instructor and a great guy to train with. As some of you may have heard me say, Bill is a "where
the rubber meets the road" kind of guy.
We will be setting up more outdoor training for this spring and summer. Class size will be limited so we encourage
you to sign up when the classes are scheduled.

Indoor Winter Training Series
Double Tap will be having Bill Regina from SRT Group in to Topeka for a series of 4 training
classes. The classes will be held at the Kaw Valley Gun Club in Topeka.
We will hold one class per month for the next four months. There will be a limited number of
spaces for each class so sign up as soon as possible. We will start accepting applications for
each class at the completion of the prior months class.

Class: Advanced Home Defense (long gun or hand gun)(Part 2)
Note:
The class will cover the basics of search, then move right into room clearing, securing a room,
setting up a safe room and defending it, correct weapon use and selection, rescuing a family
member, low light and reduced light engagements, and use of weapon mounted lights.
You do not need to have a long gun to take the class, whatever set up you use for home defense
can be used thru the whole class. You can borrow a long gun for part of the class if you wish
(you supply ammo or we will figure out which ammo and cost when you contact us)
The class can be taken by couples and we will work with you as a team and cover two person
tactics.
Equipment Needed:
Handgun, 100 rds, holster, shotgun or pistol caliber carbine (we will have shotguns to loan)
50 rds for long gun, flashlight. Weapon light if you have one.
(If you are only using a handgun bring 150 rds ammo)
Date: March 27th, 2010 (Saturday), 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 / 5:30 p.m.
Cost: $80.00, $20.00 Deposit
Cost will include all range and classroom fees, bound student handbook and loaner gun if needed.
Note:
Students may use almost any handgun they prefer for the qualification.
However we strongly encourage them to use the handgun they intend to carry.
If you do not yet have a handgun to use but you do have the basic handgun skills to shoot we will
gladly provide you with a loaner gun to qualify with. Please contact us prior to the
class to make sure we bring the gun you prefer to shoot and you bring the proper ammo.
